2019
A Ship is Born
2019 was the year that saw Ceiba step out from a paper blueprint into her new home. The team stayed true to its promise: laying the keel, raising the stem, and hoisting the first frames on schedule as ship construction begins in earnest.
2018
Embryonic Preparations
Before our cargo schooner Ceiba could be built, the shipyard had to be transformed from a virtual swamp into an adaptive, regenerative, construction site. The aim of developing infrastructure in a responsible way presented challenges, and reared positive success stories.
