For-profit corporation, registered in Canada in 2014. SAILCARGO INC. is a unique and progressive logistics agency and think-tank using environmentally sustainable shipping practices. It will enter fully operational status when the flagship, Ceiba, begins service.

Growing up just north of Kingston, Ontario, she began her sailing career with the St. Lawrence II, moving onto larger ships at age 16: Swan fan Makkum.

Founder of Topsail Rigging Ltd., she has focused her attention in recent years to gaining knowledge of the build stage of large scale projects, including working alongside Sailmaster B.V. in the Netherlands. She is an adviser to the Caribbean Sail Training Association, and was Captain of the flagship of Barbados, sailing cargo schooner Ruth for the rigging, launch, and sea trials.

Technical Director

Lynx is a world-class woodworker and is Technical Director of SAILCARGO INC. He has a wide range of experience in several fields of construction, art and design.

His works can be found in many parts of the world, which have earned him the reputation as an outstanding craftsman and carpenter. He is known in Europe as a freelance Woodcarver and shipwright, in Latin America as a contractor and designer, and in North America as an expert joiner, log builder and lumberjack.

Some of his more popular works include figureheads for numerous vessels of the Dutch tall ship fleet, and for his arial platforms and bio-constructions in the Costa Rican wilderness.

As construction lead for Ceiba, Lynx is also responsible for the design and development of the AstilleroVerde shipyard. He plays a fundamental role in SAILCARGO INC.'s regenerative resourcing system, resulting in a practice that is currently creating new standards in sustainable and ethical shipbuilding.
