SAILCARGO INC. UNDERGOES CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING

New investment round announced with $1.7 million already committed

SAILCARGO INC. has become a brand known for its construction of Ceiba, a wooden cargo schooner based in Costa Rica. Ceiba has been funded by private impact investors from around the world who have taken action to prove the value of clean shipping. The opportunity to maximise the triple bottom line for investors is now being pursued.

The new proposed restructure will direct all future investment through SAILCARGO INC., as opposed to issuing shares in  Ceiba Inversiones Maritimas S.A or similar companies. SAILCARGO INC., which is registered in Panama, will  act as a fund management company for all future projects and be structured to facilitate a multitude of financial benefits from corporate bonds to personal loans and government grants. All future investment will be made to SAILCARGO INC. and be distributed to subsidiaries as the board of directors sees fit.

The current shareholders in Ceiba Inversiones Maritimas S.A. have been offered the opportunity to transfer their investments to fit this new structure. Should they choose to do so, they will see returns significantly sooner and will enjoy the combined revenue streams of all SAILCARGO INC subsidiaries - minimising their risk and increasing the opportunity for return on investment.

The SAILCARGO INC. brand includes: Ceiba Inversiones Maritimas S.A. (pending agreement from shareholders), Pitaya, the second ship to be built at our shipyard, AstilleroVerde Association, a non-profit, and all future ships to be built, owned, or operated by the company. The combination of these projects creates an expansive portfolio that not only ensures the longevity of each project, but guarantees multiple revenue streams for investors. Early supporters of Ceiba will enjoy the returns generated by all subsidiaries under SAILCARGO INC.
